Hi friends, in this video I showed the 14.8V 3600mAh battery production using the 4S charge circuit (module). I'm thinking of using this battery on my charge drill. Li-ion (lithium ion) batteries need to use special charging circuits to charge. You can buy this circuit (module) from China sites. With this circuit you can charge the batteries in broken laptop batteries and I am able to follow voltage-current with digital voltmeter ammeter connected to the circuit.
