00:50 Open the cartridge printhead cover
02:37 Remove the sponges from the cartridge and try not to contaminate it
03:37 Put the cartridge in a bowl and immerse it in water for at least six hours
03:57 Repeat the same steps as before for the black cartridge
05:24 Remove the cartridges from the water after washing and drying them well
06:37 Put the sponges back in place
07:57 Add inks to the cartridges
08:24 Leave the cartridges for a while so the inks can penetrate them
08:34 Put the cover back and glue it temporarily
09:37 Replace the cartridges in the printer
10:16 Test the nozzles by (the nozzle check)

This method only works in cartridges that contain a built-in print head.
If the cartridge cannot be reset and errors persist, then there is a chance
that the copper contacts on the cartridge printhead circuit board have been damaged.
There are pins that can become worn and short against each other,
causing errors and preventing further printing.
A close inspection may be necessary to determine if this is causing the problem.
