1. YOU HAVE TO SUT DOWN MACHINE
2. Interchange the damper of color cmyk , to make sure at lease has 4 best nozzel active
3. Turn on the machine
4. open Ptool control software
5. Insert password 16753
6. Ename the active Channel to Capital CMYK ( do not care about color order, just mak sure it is same as color installed in dampers) the two lost channel set them as small letter c or m .
7. save and restart the printer and softer
8. open the ptool control software again to check if you set capital letter CMYK well.

All are completed then you can print in perfect color same as 6 channels new printhead.
