The composer of this song is the great Dominican maestro Rafael Solano. The song has been covered by numerous singers, but Jon Secada's cover is considered one of the best. Jon Secada also covered this song as a duet with Gloria Estefan. The actress in the video is Cándy Lara (Miss República Dominicana 1995).
