It is understandable why Beverly Hills' opulent real estate is currently some of the most sought-after in the area. The sheer quality of these properties is what sets luxury real estate in Beverly Hills apart; the interiors are beautifully decorated with large rooms, high ceilings, cutting-edge appliances, and the finest fixtures.

California's Los Angeles County includes the city of Beverly Hills. It has a total area of 5.71 square miles (14.8 km2), the city of Los Angeles and West Hollywood are all around it, and the population was 34,109 in 2010 and is expected to be 33,792 in 2019.

Numerous famous people reside in the city, along with opulent hotels and the Rodeo Drive retail area.

Originally a lima bean ranch in Mexico, Beverly Hills was formed in 1914 by a group of investors who had been looking for oil but had come up empty-handed but had instead discovered water and finally chose to turn it into a municipality.

The southern portion of Beverly Hills, California's Rodeo Drive, which is two miles (3.2 km) long, is located in the City of Los Angeles. Beverwil Drive serves as both its southern and northern termini, and in Beverly Hills, it intersects with Sunset Boulevard at its northern terminus. The three-block section of the street north of Wilshire Boulevard and south of Little Santa Monica Boulevard is where the name is most frequently used as a metonym.
