1. Prepare the Necessary Materials: Ensure you have the teacher's booklet and a learner's booklet for each student. The teacher's booklet will guide you through the process, while the learner's booklet contains the tasks for the student.

2. Set the Environment: Create a relaxed and comfortable environment for the student. This can be done by starting a conversation about topics that may interest them. Make sure to inform the student that the assessment is not a test and their score will not affect their grade.

3. Explain the Icons: Familiarize the student with the different icons used in the assessment and their meanings. This will help the student understand the instructions better.

4. Start the Assessment: Follow the instructions in the teacher's booklet. Some tasks will require you to orally read instructions or questions to the student.

5. Time the Tasks: Each task in the learner's booklet has an allotted time. Make sure to strictly follow these time limits to ensure the assessment's effectiveness.

6. Guide the Student: Be there to guide the student through the tasks. Remember, this is a one-on-one setting, so you can provide individual attention and support.
