Chinese dessert - Crispy QQ Taro Balls
■ 材料
・ 去皮的芋頭 400克
・ 太白粉 50克
・ 地瓜粉 60克
・ 砂糖 100克
・ 油 2匙
・ 鹽 1/8小匙
■ 作法
1. 芋頭切片 & 蒸熟 (外鍋2杯水)。
2. 趁熱壓泥後,拌入砂糖、太白粉、地瓜粉、油及鹽揉均勻。
3. 可搓成12顆橢圓形。
4. 待油冒小泡泡後,放入芋棗。稍定型後,再翻轉。
5. 待芋棗呈金黃色,轉大火逼油起鍋。

■ Ingredients:
・ Taro without skin 400g
・ Corn starch 50g
・ Sweet potato starch 60g
・ Sugar 100g
・ Vegetable oil 2 tablespoon
・ Salt 1/8 teaspoon
■ Steps:
1. Steam the sliced taro
2. Mash taro well. Then, add sugar, corn starch, sweet potato starch, vegetable oil, and salt. Mix well.
3. Mold into 12 oval-shaped taro balls.
4. Wait for oil to heat in pan and put taro balls in.
5. When the taro balls turn into gold color, take out of the pan.
