my name is Veronika and I am a dancer, choreographer and a dance therapy coach. We've created a program where we are going to use many different methods like The Law of Attraction technique, Dance and Music Therapy and many others so through the different tasks, excercises and workshops we will work on our self- empowerment and self- developement altogether, while healing our body, mind, soul, spirit and the heart. It can help us in improving our self image, communication skills and building that self love we often miss to understand. However, you need to know this program is NOT a compensation for a psychotherapy but the opportunity to use a different methods on a daily bases in order to feel better and to balance yourself.
