For today's episode it's all about an insole that's supposed to make your sneaker safer and more comfortable. This is my review of the Crep Protect Ultimate Gel Insoles.

I've been wanting to try this one ever since I saw it online last March because it addresses a problem that I have -- my flat and wide feet. This promised better impact protection and arch support which should help with over-all stability.
