Short tutorial on how to factory reset your Google Chromecast 3rd generation. There is a reset button on the chromecast. You need to hold that button down for about 10 seconds or so until the light turns back to white. You need to keep the USB plugged in to give it power but you do not have to keep the HDMI plugged into your TV that is optional. After the white light appears after holding the reset button down for 10 seconds or so then it will start the reset process and you will see the light turn white, orange, then blinking etc. After the holding down the reset button for 10 seconds or so it will take about 1 minute to complete the reset process.
