مقادير المعكرون:

1 كوب (130 غرام) طحين لجميع الاستعمالات
1 كوب (160 غرام) سميد ناعم (طحين فرخة)
رشة ملح (1/8 ملعقة ضغيرة)
2 ملعقة صغيرة سكر
1 ملعقة طعام يانسون مطحون
3 ملاعق طعام (25 غرام) سمسم محمص
1 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة عادية او فورية
1/4 كوب زيت نباتي
نصف كوب + ملعقة طعام ماء دافئ
1 ليتر ونصف زيت نباتي لقلي المعكرون
هذة الكمية تعطي 50 حبة معكرون

مقادير القطر:
4 كوب سكر
2 كوب ماء
2 ملعقة صغيرة عصير الليمون الحامض
1 ملعقة طعام ماء الزهر

Macaroon ingredients:

1 cup (130 g) all_purpose flour
1 cup (160 g) fine semolina
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp ground anise
3 tbsp (25 g) roasted sesame
1 tsp yeast (active dry or instant)
1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp (135 ml) warm water
1 1/2 liters vegetable or canola oil for frying
Each dough =10 g
This recipe makes 50 pieces


Syrup ingredients:
4 cups sugar
2 cups water
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp orange blossom water
