The people who run Sirius XM Satellite Radio are like used car salesmen only much less subtle. Even though they enjoy a monopoly on satellite radio, there is no justification for them to charge the outrageous fees they ask. If they didn't pay Howard Stern a salary larger than the gross domestic product of many small countries they could charge a reasonable price while growing their subscriber base and vastly improving customer retention. They might also want to consider saving money by letting some of the army of people go whose job it is to spam subscribers email accounts non-stop 24/7.Try lowering your fees and see how it affects your bottom line. You are horribly out of touch with your customers. We are real people who do not make as much money as Howard Stern and can't afford to be gouged.
