材料 :
花肉 1 块 大约 1.5 公斤

腌料 :
盐 2 茶匙
糖 1 茶匙
五香粉 1/2 茶匙
胡椒粉 适量

脆皮秘诀:

苏打粉

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Pork belly 1.5kg

Marinating spice (mix evenly)
1. Salt 2tsp
2. Sugar 1tsp
3. Five spice powder 1/2tsp
4. Pepper appropriate amount

Tips for crispy skin (mix together)
1. Vinegar 2tbsp
2. Baking soda 1tsp

Method
1. Prepare a pot of boiling water and place the pork in (skin face down). Turn to low heat and boil for 10min. Drain and remove any hair on the skin
2. Prick the pork skin using the spike. Then turn over to the meat side and make a few cuts
3. Apply the marinating spice on the meat side. Flip over and apply the vinegar mixture on the skin side. Then sprinkle a little salt on the skin.
4. Leave the pork in the fridge with skin facing up for 24hrs to max 72hrs
5. Take out from the fridge and let it rest at room temperature for 20min
6. Place on the baking rack and bake in the oven at 180deg for 80min. Then turn to 230deg and bake for 30min
7. Serve and enjoy! 💕
