Hi, my name is James Grage, and in my 20 years of working in the fitness industry, I've spent more than a decade doing resistance band workouts. For the past 18 months, I've used resistance bands exclusively, to test whether exercise bands can build muscle the same as free weights. The results were so good I've never gone back to weights, and now only train with bands.
