サラダ油:20g
牛乳:20cc

生クリーム:200cc
カルピス:25cc

【作り方】
➀卵黄と卵白を分け、卵白は冷蔵庫へ冷やす
➁卵黄にグラニュー糖を加え、白っぽくになるまで泡立て器で混ぜる
➂サラダ油を加え、しっかりと混ぜる
➃牛乳を加え、しっかり混ぜる
➄薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるう
➅粉っぽさが無くなるまでゴムべらで混ぜる
➆冷蔵庫から卵白を取り出し、ゴワゴワになるまで泡立てる
➇卵白にグラニュー糖を2回に分け、混ぜる
➈メレンゲをひとすくいし卵黄のボールに入れ、混ぜ合わせる
⑩残り全てのメレンゲを加える
⑪18cmパウンド型に生地を流し込む
⑫竹串で気泡を取り除く
⑬予熱しておいた180℃のオーブンに180℃30分ほど焼く※ご家庭で調整ください
⑭型から生地を外します
⑮粗熱が取れたら生地の中央に菜箸で穴を空ける
⑯ボウルに生クリームとグラニュー糖を加え、氷水で冷やしながら泡立てる
⑰クリームが泡立ってきたら一旦手を止める
⑱カルピスを入れ、お好みの固さに調整する
⑲泡立て袋に生クリームを入れる
⑳穴をあけた生地に生クリームをたっぷりと注ぐ
㉑お好みで粉糖を振りかける

[How to make]
